New Year's Eve stitching

Happy New Year!!

I spent New Year's Eve stitching and it was grand.  Everyone at my house was asleep by 10:30 so I watched some tv and welcomed 2016 with my stitching.

These were my last stitches of 2015.  At 11:59 I put 12 Days of Christmas away.

And by 12:01 I was putting the first stitches in on Little Wings by Lavender and Lace.  I have never started a new project on New Year's Day before but I think this will be a tradition I will do again.

I hope you all have a wonderful 2016!!
Happy Stitching!

    1. Happy New Year to you too Esmeralda! (I think that is my second Happy New Year to you hehe) I am planning to stitch some more on 12 days once I finish up Katie Kitty or another row on Pitbulls. I love that project and I really want to get it done for next year. Big hugs from PEI! We must have long arms ;)

  3. Great start to a new year. I started my HAED at midnight last year. No new big starts for me this year. But I am working in some smalls.

    1. I don't blame you for not starting any other big starts, one HAED at a time is a big enough job haha. Can't wait to see which smalls you stitch :)

  4. Good progress on PSS 12 days and great new start. Like Sarah, I too started my HAED at midnight last year which I decided abandon to in the last quarter of the year ha ha.
I may be the weird one in the lot with no planned new starts in 2016 and one who love finishes more than starts. I will start a project if the need is, like birthday/wedding.
