Finish #2 & #3

Hello sweet friends!

My needles were flying yesterday and my glue bottle was busy today!

Finish #1
Found in the Just CrossStitch 2013 Special Christmas Issue
Stitched on Unknown 32ct hand-dyed linen
Fibers used : DMC
Started Feb. 11,2016
Finished Feb. 22,2016

This is my entry for the February theme on the Christmas Ornie SAL Blog.  Go take a peek at all the other lovely snow themed ornaments for February.

Finish #2
Peter Polar Bear by Brooke's Books
Part of the Advent Animals Freebie Series
Stitched on 28ct Evenweave
Fibers used : DMC
Started Feb. 9,2016
Finished Feb. 22, 2016

I also finally finish finished Joy To The World.  I used buttons to attach the ribbon.

I also put some backing on it.  My mama gave me the idea to use Christmas cards.  I really like it!  I knew I was saving all those old Christmas cards for something!  Being a pack rat pays off now and then!

Well that is it for me today.  I just got home a bit ago from stitch night, a great time as always.  We started discussing our retreat which is in May!  So exciting!!

One last thing.  Does anyone talk like this where you live??

I honestly can't tell you how many time someone has asked me "who my fadder was?"

    1. Thanks Renee! It is nice to be able to reuse something instead of just throwing it in the garbage :)

    1. Thank you! I didn't want a tree full of ornaments there were all finished the exact same way and these will be great even if they get flipped around they will still be pretty :)
