Hello stitchers!
I am working on Pitbulls by Flumpkins X Stitch. Here is where I am at
We had our stitching guild Christmas party last night and it was so much fun, great food, great company, lots of laughs. I couldn't have chosen a better group of people! It is going to be hard waiting until January for our Tuesday night stitching to start up again!
I hope you all are having a lovely Wednesday!
Happy stitching!
Good progress on pitbulls. Lucky you to have a stitching guild near you. By the way are you on Instagram? I found a cross stitcher of the same name there.
ReplyDeleteThanks Mini! I love my stitching guild! They are a great group of people. Have you ever had a look to see if there is one near you? Nope, I am not on instagram, I would like to be but I don't have a cell phone. I got rid of it when I stopped working and I probably won't get another one until I start back to work. But I think I know who you are talking about, the other day on one of the facebook stitching groups there was a girl who just joined who has the same name as me. Every time she posts something I have a little amnesia moment when I wonder when I had stitched this piece haha!
DeleteI don't have a stitching guild as such in my area. However, I have found a group of needle workers who do crochet and knitting. Some of them used to do cross stitch earlier. Its fun sitting with them crafting and chatting.
DeleteWow, no cell phone...its hard to imagine how life would be without a mobile. Sometimes I also think of giving up a mobile phone however I get a bit scared of thinking what would I do in an emergency situation.
That is great that you were able to find a group!! It really is fun to get together with people who enjoy doing the same things you do.
DeleteI do miss my cell and it sure was a lot more convenient but most times there is someone travelling with me who has a cell so I am really never far from one. But I sure do get some weird looks when people hear I don't have a cell, like I am lying to them if they ask what time it is haha!
Beautiful work!
ReplyDeleteThanks Judith!
