Hiya!!!

I am finally back on track and on time with my TUSAL post!

And here are my orts for the month.

And here is what I have been working on - 

Mothers and Daughters by The Victoria Sampler - My goal was to finish this bottom hardanger section.  I did not meet that goal.  I have it started and should hopefully be able to finish it by next TUSAL and really I need to because I am hoping to give this to my mom for Mother's Day.  So goal will stay the same, finish the bottom.

Ethan Elephant by Brooke's Books - My goal was to finish him and he isn't so my goal will still be to finish him and hopefully make a good start on the next one.

Rudolph Kranz by Kissy-Cross - my goal was to have this finished and I am pretty close so my goal is still to have this finished.

Hannah Lynn by Heaven and Earth Designs - My goal was for 1000 stitches and I only got in 396.5.  So I think I am going to lower my goal on this one and aim for 600 this time.

Halloween Rules by LizzieKate - My goal was to finish this block and I didn't manage so my goal will stay the same.

Deepest Love by Mirabilia - my goal was to finish her tail and get started on her skin and I did it!  My new goal is just going to be stitch more skin.

Spring Sampler by The Frosted Pumpkin - My goal was to have this block and the next one finished but I only managed this block.  Isn't it adorable?!  New goal finish the next block.

Hello Spring by LizzieKate - My goal was to finish it and it did!

Bloom by LizzieKate - Since I finished Hello Spring I started another LizzieKate freebie.  My goal on this is to have it finished.

And lastly an oldie has been taken out to play for a bit.  I added 481 stitches and finished 2 pages!  My goal for this is just to stitch as much as possible.  It is for a SAL so it will be going away once it is over.

And I think that is it.  Phew!

Hey guys!

I am finally back with another TUSAL post.  I'm all caught up and am hoping to post on time this month.  Keyword - hoping. :)

My little jar looks pretty empty this month but I have been stitching just not a whole lot of orts I guess.

Mothers And Daughters by The Victoria Sampler.  My goal was to have this finished and if I had any idea how to do Hardanger it probably would have been as that is all I have left to do!  But I have no ideas :) and had to wait until I got together with my stitching guild friends so they could point my needle the right way.

And they must be some super teachers because I did this!  Now I only have the bottom Hardanger section to do.  So that is my new goal - finish the bottom Hardanger section.

Ethan Elephant by Brooke's Books.  My goal was to finish him but that did not happen so my goal will stay the same, get him finished.

Rudolph Kranz by Kissy-Cross.  My goal was to finish it but once again I did not so my goal will still be to finish it.

Hannah Lynn by Heaven and Earth Designs.  My goal was 1000 stitches and I only managed a measly 306.5.  Pitiful!  But I think I will be keep my goal at 1000 for one more month then go from there.

Halloween Rules by LizzieKate.  My goal was to finish the "Carve a Pumpkin" block and the next one but I only managed to finish one.  New goal will be to finish the block I just started.

Deepest Love by Mirabilia.  My goal was to finish her tail.  It is so close.  New goal is to finish her tail and get started on some 1 over 1 skin!

Beatrix Potter Bunnies by LCStitchery.  My goal was to just stitch as much as possible for a SAL and I ended up with 520 stitches added in total so that is that many closer to the finish!  No new goal as it has been put away.

Spring Sampler by The Frosted Pumpkin.  My goal was to finish the first 2 blocks and I am very close to doing so.  New goal is to finish the second block and the third.

Hello Spring by LizzieKate.  My goal was to have it finished and my new goal is also to have it finished.

February TUSAL

Hiya!

I am now caught up on TUSAL!!  Well for a few days anyway.

Here is my jar:

Mothers And Daughters by The Victoria Sampler.  My goal was to finish the vine row and the next row and as you can see I made it much further than that!  I pretty much only have the 2 sections of hardanger left so *fingers crossed* this might be a finish by next month!  That is my new goal.

Odette Owl by Brooke's Books.  My goal was to finish her and I did! Yay!

The other part of my goal was to make a good start on the next one and I did that too!  This is Ethan Elephant.  New goal is to finish him.

ABC Christmas by LizzieKate.  My goal was to finish the word "Holly" and I did!  I stitch on this as my project for the Christmas Ornie SAL blog and it doesn't match up with any of the themes for the next few months so I will be putting it away for a little bit.

So I had to start something new to go along with this months theme which is Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer.

Which brings me to new start #1 Rudolph Kranz by Kissy-Cross.  New goal is to finish it by next month.

Hannah Lynn from Heaven And Earth Designs.  My goal was 1000 stitches and I did 617.  Didn't reach my goal but still fairly happy with that progress.  I finished all the way to the top of the row I was working on and started back at the bottom of the next one.  New goal same as old goal, 1000 stitches.

Halloween Rules by LizzieKate.  My goal was to finish this block and I am close but didn't make it.  New goal is to finish this block and the next one.

Deepest Love by Mirabilia.  I must sound like a broken record on this one.  My goal was once again to get her tail finished and once again it isn't finished!  I am getting close though so my new goal will again be to finish her tail.

Heather Hemstitch and Hardanger if you remember this piece from last month you may notice that it does not look any different.  My goal was to keep up with the lessons with my stitching guild and I have done that since all of our meetings where we would have worked on this have been cancelled because of the weather.  Doesn't Mother Nature know she has to behave on stitch nights?!  New goal is to once again keep up with the lessons.

Beatrix Potter Bunnies by LCStitchery came out to play for a little bit.  I have missed working on it and I am pretty sure it was 2016 the last time I had stitched on it.  I don't really have a goal for this one as I only have it out for a SAL and it is almost over so however much more I get stitched is great.

Here is what the whole piece looks like so far:

New start #2 for the month was Spring Sampler by The Frosted Pumpkin.  New goal is to finish 2 blocks.

And new start #3 was Hello Spring by LizzieKate.  New goal is to have it finished by next month.

Phew!  Well that's all I got folks!

There is a nasty sounding storm expected to start anytime now, the wind has already started so I am going to get cozy and stitch the evening away.
