Colin Cardinal by Brooke's Books - All I had stitched last time you saw this was part of the roof, some of the snow sparkles and the white on one wall.

ABC's of Parenting by Lizzie Kate - I don't even know where I was the last time I showed it here.

It was my birthday earlier this week and tonight my man is taking out for supper and a movie.  I think we are going to see Live By Night.  I will let you all know how it is.

My exact feelings

A couple days ago Coni from The Spinster Stitcher posted this artwork from Sam Toft and it sums up perfectly the loss I feel from losing our beloved dog Micah.

The verse at the bottom reads: 

There is a hole in my heart where you use to be. I`m a boat out of water, a fish lost at sea. A wild windy forest with no favourite tree & a hole in my heart where you use to be.

I added some more stitches to The Gift by Blackberry Lane.  I don't know what it is about this one but I am really enjoying it.

It is cold here today!  -17 with a windchill of -28.  Brrrr!!  I hope you all are warm where ever you are!

Cars from a shop on Etsy that now seems to be closed - added about 200 stitches on the road

Colin Cardinal from Brooke's Books Advent Animals - almost finished the roof

Another new start

Greetings stitchy people!

I have recently been watching the flosstube videos from "The Queen of Starts" and I think I might have caught a touch of her "startitus".  But I think I am recovering and back to my wips for now.

This is The Gift by Blackberry Lane from the 2011 Just Cross Stitch Ornament issue.  I was supposed to have this stitched and finished in December but I had those two Christmas presents that took priority over everything so I am playing catch up this month.

Started Colin Cardinal

I started Colin Cardinal from Brooke's Books Advent Animals on January 2 and managed to get to here:

I am not sure if I am going to keep stitching one of these a month or if I am just going to stitch one after another just to get them finished.  I think I am ready to just get them finished.

My New Year`s Start

Hi guys!

This year I decided to start Halloween Rules by Lizzie Kate for my New Year start.  As you can see I didn`t manage a whole lot but I loved every stitch I stitched.

I also had a new start yesterday and am getting ready to start another one today.  Oy!  Thankfully yesterday and today`s starts are just ornaments and not big huge projects like Halloween Rules.
