May TUSAL

Hello friends!

I seem to only be posting for TUSAL and finishes lately but that is better than not posting at all right?

Life is still pretty busy but that should slow down some by next week.  I found out at the first of the month that my workplace will be closing.  My last working day will be the 26th and then I will have two more days the next week packing everything up.  I have been handing out resumes here, there and everywhere and I think I have a new job once this one finishes so keep your fingers crossed for me.  I sure am going to miss the girls I work with right now though!

Now onto the orts!

And here are the projects that contributed to my jar this month:

Mothers And Daughters by The Victoria Sampler - My goal was to have this finished to give to my mom for Mother's Day and I did it!

Ethan Elephant by Brooke's Books - My goal was to finish him, which I accomplished and to make a good start on the next one.  Well all I have stitched on the next one was about 3 stitches so I didn't even bother to take a picture.  New goal - Finish the next one.

Rudolph Kranz by Kissy-Cross - My goal was to have this finished and I finished it!

Hannah Lynn by Heaven and Earth Designs - My goal was to add 600 stitches and I added 989!  Woohoo!   I only managed that because I stitched on it for a whole day at retreat.  New goal add 700 stitches.

Halloween Rules By LizzieKate - My goal was to finish this block and I am still working away at it.  Getting close though!  New goal - finish this block and half of the next one.

Deepest Love by Mirabilia - My goal was to stitch more of her skin and I have stitched lots more of her skin!  New goal - Finish the page I am on.

Spring Sampler by The Frosted Pumpkins - My goal was to finish the mushroom block and I did it!  New goal is to finish the next two blocks.

Bloom a freebie by LizzieKate - My goal was to finish it and I did!  I have started the next little freebie but don't seem to have a picture.  New goal - finish the next one.

Draft Horses - My goal was just to stitch as much as possible and I did.  I added 461.5 stitches.  New goal - I am only planning to stitch on this for one day for a SAL so just get as many stitches as possible on it.

Cars by BlossomHillSalon - I didn't have a goal for this one.  I use this as my movie watching project.  I watched 3 movies last month and added 211 stitches to this one.  New goal - stitch on this when I watch movies and get as many stitches as possible.

Kis Betlehem by aMINT - This was a new start and a finish last month.

Crazy Socks by Rosewood Manor - This was a new start so no goal.  New goal - Finish the first sock

Beatirx Potter Bunnies  by LCStitchery - I only stitched on this one day for a SAL and it has been put away again.

And that is it folks!

Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Stitching!

  2. Well done with your finishes! I don’t have many finishes so if I wait for a finish you won’t see me for a while!
Nice to see all your progress stitching, well done! I’ve forgotten my TUSAL post this month, perhaps I’ll add it late anyway!
Sorry to hear about your job finishing, hope the right one turns up for you!
    Hugs,
    Barbara xx
