I absolutely love The Frosted Pumpkin Stitchery! I am trying to convince myself that to start stitching this. Beyond cute! I am even telling myself that I could easily catch up but who am I kidding I have WAY!! too much on the go as it is. Perhaps when I get 6 (Fat) Men done...

Bobby Pin Holder
This is a picture I see on Pinterest all the time, and I cannot find a web address for where it came from to credit this smart person. If anyone knows please tell me so I can let everyone else know. While it is a clever idea, I think it is rather ugly.
I had my own clever idea this evening of a prettier Bobby Pin magnet strip. The bonus is this is all stuff I already had. First I used the glass to trace my paper.
I then put the paper in the frame and just eyeballed where the magnetic strip should go. I have to say I am liking the final result, though I do wish the magnetic strip would have been stronger so I could have put it behind the paper. I think it looks super sweet sitting on my bathroom counter.

A small new look for my bathroom
I really never thought I would show you all my bathroom but here goes nothing.
I have had this green shelf in my bathroom for the last 3 years or so and it just wasn't working for my anymore... actually I don't know if it ever really worked. Oh and this picture is of the shelf in my kitchen because I didn't think to take a picture of it while it was in the bathroom.
It is a cute little shelf and will be going back to live with my mother, where is once came from. So instead of the green shelf I am now using a little 3 legged table I picked up from kijiji. The green shelf used to be where this table is but it is so tall that it was blocking part of the window, so this table is a much better fit. Down the road I plan to just use blue, brown and cream hand towels, which is my bathroom colors, but until then these will have to do. I also plan to paint the little table and now that it has found its home I can decide which color to use. I kinda like it right now but there is a lot of damage to the finish so it needs a little bit of help.

Finally!!
Last weekend my boyfriend and I went on an overnight trip to Moncton, NB, and I went to Because You Count. That was my first trip ever to a Needlework Shop, and let me tell you, I was overwhelmed! I could have spent all evening there. This is what I ended up buying:
2 more Prairie Schooler Santas. Years 2000 and 2003. LizzieKate's 6 (fat) Men and some 28 count Sage Jobelan to stitch them all together on. And 2 pieces of linen for some Halloween ornaments I am planning on stitching. I started the 6 (Fat) Men but have run out of thread, which I am planning on picking up on Saturday.
I also finished another page of Peter Rabbit
And I am now working on Cars.
Happy Stitching Everyone!!
